Fertility Friend uses your own fertility signs to offer the most accurate analysis and predictions. Youâll see your cycle information and fertility status on a calendar and a chart. It works best when you enter data every day because your fertility pattern is unique! It will become more accurate as you enter your cycle data.
We recommend that you record the following data:
1. Menstrual period days (click/tap on the corresponding calendar square and enter past period dates if you know them). A new chart/cycle will start automatically when you enter period information. Always enter your period when you get it.
2. Timing (so we can help you assess your chances of conception)
3. Your cervical fluid observations (this helps you find your own most fertile days)
4. Your basal body temperature (this tells you when you have ovulated and your fertile days have passed for a particular cycle.)
5. Results from any tests or devices you are using.
