The following is the basic form letter for upgrading your Free Trial into a full Live Answering Service account.

I am attaching a brochure listing our services.  We only require a 30-day cancellation notice. 

To upgrade, go to the dashboard, your log in is your account number, 202193 and the password that was sent to you. You can reset your password at this time. When you're in the dashboard, click on "Upgrade My Plan" then choose the plan you want, enter your credit card information, and an email confirmation will be sent to you to go to the set up wizard and enter basic information. Once this is activated, Support will follow up with you regarding your scripting. I can help you as well with any questions or recommendations for scripting that you may have.

You may not need these services at this time, but we can transfer (patch) calls; handle after hours emergencies through our dispatching department; make appointments through our calendar service; link up with a webform; send messages through text and email; process orders through your website; and much more. All of our services are provided in our standard live answering plans.  Our call center is just outside of Atlanta and we never outsource our clients' calls. Also, we bill in 6 second increments and never round up to the minute.
