Mulai Mei 2021, pihak TNB akan melaksanakan sepenuhnya penggunaan e-Invoice melalui Supplier Self Service Portal (SUS Portal) bagi semua e-PO yang dikeluarkan oleh TNB. Inisiatif ini adalah sejajar dengan initiatif syarikat ke arah Memperkasakan Penggunaan Teknologi Digital dan menyokong konsep mesra alam dan Sistem Pengurusan Hijau.
Pengunaan e-Invoice juga dapat memastikan proses pembayaran kepada pihak pembekal/kontraktor dapat dilaksanakan di dalam tempoh yang telah ditetapkan. Aplikasi e -Invoice ini dapat diakses melalui SUS Portal. Anda boleh melayari portal ini pada bila-bila masa dan dimana sahaja anda berada untuk menyemak status pesanan belian hingga ke status pembayaran. Manakala bagi pembayaran wang tahanan, pesanan belian secara blanket, pengurangan pembayaran melalui nota kredit, tidak termasuk / tertakluk di dalam penggunaan platform e-Invoice
Semua SUS Supplier yang masih belum diaktifkan e-Invoice, anda perlu melaksanakan Self Learning & Quiz e-Invoice secara dalam talian bagi mengaktifkan e-Invoice. Kuiz ini bertujuan menilai tahap pemahaman setiap pembekal/kontraktor mengenai proses yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan e-Invoice. Markah lulus minima adalah 14 dan sekiranya lulus, pihak pembekal/kontraktor tidak perlu melaksanakan semula kuiz tersebut. Pengaktifan e-Invoice adalah dalam tempoh 7 hari bekerja.

The enforcement of e-Invoice is in line with the company move towards a more digital lifestyle and as a step towards a greener and sustainable future.
e-Invoice is an initiative by TNB to enable suppliers to submit their invoices to TNB in an electronic manner. This initiative is not only eco-friendly but will enable payment to be made on time to the supplier / contractors. This application is available on the Supplier Self Service Portal (SUS Portal) and will be able to access this portal to check on the status of your payments as well as have access to the history of your past invoices / payment. Payment for retention sum, blanket purchase orders, credit note, is not included in this platform.
In order to facilitate the smooth and uninterrupted process to submit your invoice, TNB is calling for all SUS Supplier (whom are receiving E-PO today) to undergo the Self Learning e-Invoice module and participate in the online quiz. This quiz is to gauge the understanding of the e invoice processes. The minimum passing result is 14, if you have obtained the marks you do not need to repeat the quiz. Once you pass the test, activation of e-Invoice is within 7 working days.
