I’m often asked how my approach differs from other plans…
I’m often asked a few common questions about Run Team...

And hey, if you’re still on the fence about trying a 14-day free trial of Run Team, chances are at least one or two of them have popped into your head.

Let’s dive in.

1. "How is Run Team different from other running programs?"

Great question. Here are a few reasons:

  • Personalized training plans

Our flexible training plans are tailored to your current and desired speed and distance. This means you can adapt the plan to your goals.

Personalized training plans are an easy way to stay on track without having to do any math or guesswork.

  • Professional coaching support

Other running plans don’t provide a way for you to get your questions answered.

*Facepalm*

With Run Team, you can ask me (Coach Greg) any specific questions about training, goals, workouts, or whatever else is on your mind. You can also connect with other athletes using the program.

  • Plans for all levels

We have plans for all levels and running types.

Whether you’re a beginner, preparing for a marathon, or looking to get faster and maximize your training efforts, we’ve got a plan suited to your needs.

2. "Are there a variety of workouts?"

Oh, yeah. We have yoga, strength training, mobility, and core training. There are also videos that SHOW you how to do drills and exercises. Can’t get that from a book. 😉

3. "Is there any rest and recovery included in the plans? I don’t want to get injured again."

Yes – and this is so important.

Training shouldn’t feel like you’re punishing your body.

The last thing you want to do is train so hard you’re completely burnt out before your race – or even worse, hurt yourself and you can’t run at all.

Our training plans offer the best and safest way to move workouts around so they are effective without causing injury.

4. "Is it really risk free?"

Yep! The free trial lasts for 14 days. If you cancel before 14 days are up, you won’t owe a single penny.

If you want to stick with Run Team (I knew I liked you), your membership will continue at $34.95 per month.

5. "Why are you offering a 14-day free trial of Run Team?"

I don't want you to foot the bill unless Run Team really is the missing link between you and becoming a faster, healthier, happier runner.

That’s why I’m giving you a FULL 14 DAYS to test it out before making a decision

So, that’s it, my friend.

At this point you should have everything you need to make the best choice for yourself as a runner.

If that road leads you to Run Team…

Then I look forward to meeting you on the inside.

All my best,
Greg

P.S. If you DO decide to join hundreds of awesome runners like yourself inside Run Team, then make sure to do it the next 48 hours.

I’d hate for you to miss out on the free trial.
