|I'm a girl, but I want to be a boy. What do I do?|
My best advice would be to not do anything impulsive, especially if you’re young. Think it through. If you’re going to do something, do it carefully and slowly. Sometimes, people make life-changing decisions that they can’t take back and end up regretting it. You don’t want that to happen. If you’re young, think about it and talk to your family. Will they be supportive if you make that decision? Do they have the financial means to pay for the surgeries? Also, think about yourself. How long have you wanted to be a boy? Will you be comfortable taking hormones and getting surgeries? How will your social life be affected? Will you change your mind in a few months or years? If you want to transition, when do you want to be completely done? Is there anything you’ll miss about being a girl? What do boys have that you want? Have you taken any steps already to look or act like a boy?
Think about these questions, and give yourself some time. Don’t do anything you’re going to regret. Good luck
