We recently contacted you about your Shopify store, hhjm8h-wv.myshopify.com, and require you to take the necessary actions outlined in our previous communications, ( Ticket ID: 4ef91678-a83e-4e02-94cc-0532afeb4724 ).
We found that your store is selling branded or trademarked products that we cannot verify you are authorized to sell. Selling these products without authorization is a violation of the Shopify Payments Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
To resolve this matter, we ask that you take one of the following actions, by Jul 29, 2025:
1. Provide Documentation: Please submit verification of your authorization to sell these goods by visiting this form. Acceptable documentation includes written authorization from the rights holder, supplier agreements, or retail invoices from authorized distributors. The information you provide will be handled securely in accordance with Shopify's Privacy Policy.
2. Remove Products: If you cannot provide the necessary documentation, we ask that you remove the branded products from your Shopify storefront and all associated sales channels. You can view and manage these products directly by following this link.
We will proceed with removing the products on your behalf if we do not receive the required documentation or if the products are not removed.
