I ordered an iPhone with a wireless account. Who can pick it up?

If you ordered an iPhone with a new line, the primary account holder on your wireless plan must pick it up. The primary account holder is the person whose billing information is linked to the wireless plan.
If the iPhone is an upgrade for an existing wireless account, it can be picked up by the account holder or a person they authorize. Contact your wireless carrier to authorize people on the account.
If the iPhone is unlocked, it can be picked up by the person who placed the order or the Pickup Contact on the order. To learn more, visit How to pickup Your iPhone.

How do I recycle my old phone?

You can recycle your old cell phone for free with the Apple Recycling Program.

What if I chose to have my iPhone delivered?

Once you have your iPhone, activation is simple. Turn it on by pressing and holding the On/Off button for a few seconds. Then follow the onscreen instructions to set it up.

What if I ordered an unlocked iPhone?

An unlocked iPhone can be picked up by the person who placed the order. But an unlocked iPhone with activated wireless service must be picked up by the primary account holder.

The shipping estimates above tell you when your items are expected to arrive. As each item leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you with carrier and tracking information.
Ordered more than one item? You’ll get a separate email as each item ships. There are no additional shipping fees for these items.
