Final Payment for Your Reservation at Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa

We wanted to bring to your attention that we have not yet received the final payment for your upcoming reservation at Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa. Your reservation number is: a66chuxzy1.  

As your reservation date approaches, it's important to ensure all payments are processed to guarantee a smooth check-in experience and to secure your accommodation.  

Please be advised that if we do not receive payment within the next 24 hours (about 1 day), your reservation will be automatically cancelled. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend completing your payment as soon as possible. Your remaining balance is 2.325  USD and must be collected on 12/June/2025. If we do not collect it, the reservation will be cancelled.  

If you have any questions or need assistance in processing the final payment, please contact us on our toll-free number: 800-597-4761. Simply select the option for existing reservations, and one of our dedicated agents will be more than happy to assist you.  

Alternatively, if you prefer not use card on file and change it, we can send you a secure link for your convenience that you can. Just reply to this email requesting a digital link, and we'll promptly send it your way. Otherwise, if you prefer not to change your card on file, please call us back to complete the final payment, either way if you want to charge for the old or new card, because this payment should be collected over the phone for security reasons and quality procedures manually through accounting department.
