Hi Edward,

If you've paid in the last few days, thanks, you can ignore this email.

Other ways to pay

  • Using the EE app — download the app at ee.co.uk/go/app
  • Over the phone — call us on 0330 123 1105

You can check online for more ways to pay.

Never miss a payment again

Once you've paid this bill, setting up a Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your future bills. You can do this, as well as checking your balance and charges by logging into your account at ee.co.uk/go/login.

What happens if you don't pay

You'll be charged a late payment fee of £7.50 and we'll have to restrict your services. This means you'll no longer be able to make standard calls or use your broadband. You'll still be able to call 999 or 112 for Emergency Services.

You'll also have to pay a reconnection fee of up to £18 plus an additional £6 for any extra phone numbers you have.

Arrangements and late or missed payments will be seen on your credit file. This could affect your chances of getting credit in the future.

If you're having financial difficulties and can't pay, we're here to support you and have a number of options that may help. To talk about these with one of our friendly Guides, please call 0800 079 8586.
