Scope/Comments

WITHIN THE FIRST 10 PAGES OF THE PROJECT SPECS PROVIDES WHAT AUTOZONE FURNISHES AND WHAT WE ARE TO INSTALL AND/OR FURNISH & INSTALL. ADDITIONAL INFO ON BOTTOM LEFT OF SHEET A-0 and throughout plans.

Official invite for AutoZone #6788 new remodel TI. 37,156 SF of existing space.

• Demo, Roofing - Refer to Roofing Survey report, Demo, and HVAC plans for units removed, openings to be patched, new openings to be made.
• Demo - refer to Asbestos report where at South West corner interior wall had reported areas.
• Steel, All - provided is (3) sheet steel as-built drawings for reference.
• Millwork 15/A-2
• Stone Veneer/Lath - infill exterior finish work See A-1 for locations.
• ALL, as needed - prior to confirming a job walk, refer to Roof Survey and Asbestos survey where some INTERIOR pictures exist. 

All bidders shall acknowledge:

• Bids due: Monday November 30th, at 5:00 PM PST
• Asbestos Survey, Project Specs, Roofing Survey
• JOB WALK - TBD
• Details on construction timing, hours of work, job walk, etc. are forthcoming.

Insurance Requirements:  All subcontractors are required to meet the minimum insurance requirements, including:

• $2,000,000 General Aggregate, $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate, $1,000,000 per Occurrence, $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury Aggregate
• $1,000,000 Umbrella
• $1,000,000 Auto Combined Single Limit
• $1,000,000 Workers Comp Each Occurrence

CSI Construction will utilize GCPay and will involve schedule of values, change orders, applications for payment, compliance, and lien waivers.  There is no charge for subcontractors to use the GCPay system.  Subcontractors will simply go to the GCPay website www.GCPay.com to process outstanding items.
