Please verify your payment within 15 minutes if you paid with PayPal, Skrill or by credit card. Otherwise, you’ll be refunded automatically.

What happens if you don't verify yourself within 15 minutes? Depending on the payment method you used, one of the following 2 situations can occur:

• PayPal & Skrill: The payment is automatically refunded. You will receive your refund automatically within 30 minutes. To avoid longer processing times, do not open a chargeback or dispute, as this delays the process.
• Credit card: Your payment will be canceled. The payment might still be shown as a pending charge on your credit card statement, but was declined by us. So it will not be charged. You can also ask your credit card company to remove the charge for you.

What are the verification document requirements?

• VALID.
• COMPLETELY visible (including the edges).
• CLEAR and READABLE.
• GOOD QUALITY.
