IMPORTANT HEALTH ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

"COVID-19 test (RT-PCR only) is mandatory before arrival at the Ashram. The test is to be taken not more than 72 hours before arrival at the Ashram. The COVID-19 test report is to be sent by email to ieretreat@ishafoundation.org not later than 24 hours before your arrival at the Ashram check in point".

Kindly note that only RT-PCR test is to be done. No other test is acceptable.

What you need to do next to progress towards payment and completion of your registration:
  1. Read the rest of this mail and the attached file carefully - it contains all relevant information that you need to proceed further. The T&C have been revised - kindly read this document attached again (for those who have received it earlier).
  2. Reply in continuation of this mail indicating room type and corresponding program fee so that we can send you the appropriate online payment link.
  3. For those participants who have already paid and registered for earlier programs that were later cancelled, please send only your confirmation of participation for the program date mentioned.
Notes:
  1. The check-in and check-out options shown in the information package may be subject to change for some program dates which will be duly informed prior to making your payment.
  2. The program fee is subject to revision and change - the amount payable will be as per the schedule of fees prevailing on the date of payment.
  3. Your registration is complete and confirmed only upon payment.
  4. The minimum age for participation is 15 years.
  5. For those participants between the ages of 15-20 attending alone, we will need a separate mail confirmation from his/her parents/guardians with their complete contact details.
  6. Please note that we do not encourage young unattended children accompanying participating adults.

Kindly note that participants who have completed Inner Engineering Programs at any of our Centres in India or overseas and have already been initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, cannot enroll for the program again as the seats are limited and hence reserved for those participating for the first time. Instead, we suggest that you join as a program volunteer if you wish to re-establish your practices and go through the program once again.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. 80% refund up-to 4 days before the start date of the Program you have registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.

  2. If you are unable to attend the program you can attend a subsequent one with re-registration charges of 15% of the program fee and difference in program fees, if any.

  3. If you test positive for COVID-19, any time after the payment is done, it will not be possible for you to participate in the program. However, your registration is valid for one year and you can choose to attend any of the upcoming IE Retreat programs over the following 12 months (from the date of the start of the IE Retreat program that you registered for).

  4. In case if you leave the program for any reasons there will be no refund. This will be considered as cancellation of your registration.

  5. For on-line payments refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e. via credit/debit card/bank account. Money will be credited in the respective credit card/bank account. Please allow us up-to 4 weeks to process the refund.

  6. There will not be any refund for no-show.


Re-registration Policy

  1. 15% of the program fee amount paid will be due as re-registration fee if you do not attend the originally registered program date and attend a later one.

  2. You can register for the same class/program within 6 months of the originally registered program start date. If the program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in fee in addition to the re-registration fee.

  3. If you should discontinue the program, for any reason, after you check in and occupy your program accommodation, the re-registration facility will not be available.
