You have successfully completed registration and can now enjoy Los Angeles Public Library’s e-card services.
Your e-card number is ECARD0059105. Please retain this number for future use. Your PIN is the last four digits of the phone number used when registering. You will need to enter your e-card number every time you access the services below:

Within two weeks you should receive a postcard in the mail asking you to confirm receipt of your e-card number and verifying your postal address. You will need to reply to this postcard by telephone or email to maintain your e-card for the 3 year term. You are encouraged to visit the Los Angeles Public Library to obtain a full access library card prior to the expiration date of your e-card. Or, you may reapply for another e-card. A full access library card allows you to check out material and place holds on items in the catalog to be picked up at your local branch.
Get a full-access library card by visiting us in person at any Los Angeles Public Library location and bring your identification with proof of your address. The requirements for identification and address verification are here.
