❗️The export is available only for events when an Ajax camera or NVR detects motion or a specific object, the video scenario is running, or a permanent record is maintained. The export is impossible if the camera/NVR is offline or there are no events.
Get PRO Desktop 3.16 As the video export feature has been delivered in the 3.15 version, this update contains fixes to improve stable operation, support for new devices, and features that will become available with upcoming OS Malevich updates.
If you have PRO Desktop already installed, it will be updated automatically.
To install PRO Desktop for the first time: Download and install PRO Desktop 3.15: macOS or Windows. Launch PRO Desktop. Wait a few minutes for the automatic update pop-up window, and then press Restart. | | |
