Tutor House
Dear  Mya
Online classes - Home-Education for all 7-14 year olds.
Following the recent Government announcement that schools are closed as of Friday 20th March due to the Covid--19 outbreak, Tutor House has launched an emergency online school for KS2 and KS3 pupils (years 4-9). The school will be launched on Monday 30th March - but pupils can enrol anytime!
We will be running daily morning online classes covering English and maths for KS2 (years 4-6) and English, maths and science for KS3 (years 7-9). These classes will be led by qualified primary and secondary teachers to ensure continuity in curriculum and teaching style.
The timetable is as follows:

The reduced cost is £30 per morning for KS2 and £45 per morning for KS3 (this includes all the classes for that year group).

Or please call us on 0203 9500 320 if you have any questions about the classes.
Government update about GCSE/A-Level May-June 2020 exams
Following the Government update on March 20th regarding exams, we understand a lot of parents will still have a lot of unanswered questions about what exactly comes next. As we understand it, students in Year 11 and Year 13 will receive their qualification grade based on mock exams and teacher assessments.
Many schools will be continuing to teach these both the GCSE and A-Level curriculum online and it’s implied that performances in these coming months will be a part of the final grading.
If students are unhappy with this grade, they will have the chance to sit the exam at a later date if they choose; this is not, as of today, confirmed.
While the Government is still releasing information, Tutor House will continue to provide weekly insight and updates in line with these measures.
