  • Recharge your account: Navigate to the Payment Method section of your Customer Control Panel; there your will be able to recharge your account with the required total amount of $12.69 via PayPal .
  • Send the payment to our PayPal account: paypal@contabo.com or use the link with all necessary information pre-filled: If the button is not displayed, your e-mail program or browser might not support HTML image tags. You can click here nevertheless."
  • Send the payment to our bank account: check the payment details required for the bank transfer in the section Payment Method of your Customer Control Panel – please note, that bank transfers take often several days before they reach us, so at that point of time, it will already be much too late. Therefore, if you want to send the payment via bank transfer, and only then, we require a confirmation that the payment has been sent, such as a fax of the confirmation of your bank, immediately.
  • Switch to automated payments using Credit Cards or PayPal: Navigate to the Payment Method section of your Customer Control Panel to turn on automated payments. This way you do not need to remember to top up the account every month and there is no risk of suspension or data loss because of a delayed payment.

It is not required that you use the links provided above to make the payment. You can send the payment manually as well, but in this case please always use the subject "Payment for Vincent Blackwell, Customer ID 14029778".
