“Thank you for taking the time to write this review and for the criticism you provided. We take all of our reviews seriously and want to be sure to address your concerns.

It's important for us to clarify that we don't lie about pay to any of our employees. You will see from our team that we hire 2 types of profiles - the first is a more experienced recruiter, and the second is someone completely entry-level. You were correct when you mentioned that experienced recruiters with a career already established in recruiting will certainly not be paid the same as an entry-level hire coming with no prior experience. For those entry level hires that are often starting recruiting as their first job out of college (or even their first job in general), we're honest about the entry level pay and the investment it takes on both sides in order to earn an increase in pay structure and build a career in recruiting. It sounds like this is the profile you'd fall into, and it's important to note that this path will only work for people who TRULY want to become strong recruiters and invest in their career.

Due to the nature of our business and working in areas such as executive search, recruiting process outsourced for high growth/VC backed companies, and niche technical industries that require strong business acumen and learning capacity, we dedicate an extensive amount of time to training, development and in grooming our entry level hires to eventually be able to speak with C-suite hiring managers and even international investors on building their talent strategy and what it takes to successfully build their businesses and teams here in the US. If you're ONLY interested in salary and the immediate total compensation, there are certainly higher paid jobs for entry level candidates. However if your main interest is learning, developing your skills and gaining the knowledge it takes to build a real career in recruiting, then Link2USA is a great place to get started.

Regarding our managers - the majority of our management team actually started with us as entry level recruiters before they were promoted into management. This is because of our values as an organization and our belief in rewarding hard work and dedication. It's also important to mention that almost all of our managers are still in player/coach roles and before joining management were truly some of the best recruiters you can find. To call them babysitters is just disrespectful and unappreciative of all of their hard work. We are very proud of our management team and what they've accomplished during their tenure with Link2USA.

When it comes to turnover - as mentioned, when you hire entry level people with zero prior work experience, it's certainly a much higher risk on both sides. We've made the strategic decision as a company to take that risk, however the reality is that it doesn't always work out as expected. There is a chance that someone who either hasn't worked a desk job, or hasn't experienced the hard work it takes to be a successful recruiter will ultimately decide that Link2USA is not for them (and visa versa). We've also learned from these experiences to more carefully vet our entry level hires and those who we're willing to invest in going forward, however if it ends up not being the right fit for either side, then we feel it's best not to waste time in the decision to separate.

To address your concern about our cameras; this review may be a bit outdated as we've been working remotely for the past 5 months now, so the only camera we have is a zoom video call with the team a few times a week. Because the entire company has been remote for some time now, it's safe to say our employees can take as many breaks as they need and manage their time as they see fit.
