How to pack and send your return
 
Place your item in the original packaging
Your item(s) must be unworn and unused with all tags still attached, in their original packaging. Branded packaging (e.g shoeboxes and accessory boxes) must be in its original condition.
 
Pack your return in the delivery box or satchel
You can use the original ICONIC box or satchel to pack your return. Make sure you remove or cover any old labels, then seal your parcel securely.
 
Attach your prepaid shipping label
Download and print your return label. Tape it securely to your parcel. Do not cover the barcode. No printer? Head to an Australia Post office and quote your return reference no. 36JPM7243790 and they can do it for you.
 
Send return back to us
Drop off your parcel at any Australia Post office.
 
 
 
 
Returned multiple items?
We process all items individually, so keep an eye out for separate email notifications.
 
Processing times for returns:
  • It may take 10-15 business days for your return to be received by us depending on where you drop off your return
  • Returns posted from metro areas will reach us faster than regional due to carrier delivery times
  • Once your return is received, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days*
