Learning to Love the Planet
Today and all month long, we’re honoring Earth Day. This tradition began on April 22, 1970, when 20 million Americans gathered in unified protests across the country to demand a new, sustainable approach to how we interact with the natural world. This first event sparked what is now the environmental movement and remains to this day the planet’s largest civic event.
This year, the Earth Day theme to rally participants is Invest in Our Planet. And it’s very tied to learning. Please see this infographic on why eLearning is essential to our environmental efforts.
