Your credit card was declined, update your payment method

The credit card you used to purchase Microsoft 365 E5 was declined because your bank requires multi-factor authentication to authorize payments with this credit card. To avoid service disruption, go to the Microsoft 365 admin center to complete the simple authentication process and pay your outstanding balance. Automatic payments will resume after you complete the authentication.
