U.S. pulling more than half of diplomatic personnel out of Cuba after sonic attacks

The United States is also warning Americans not to visit Cuba after mysterious sonic incidents sickened 21 embassy staffers and their families.

The U.S. has not blamed Cuba and says a third country may be responsible. The union that represents foreign service workers says employees have been diagnosed with mild traumatic brain injury and permanent hearing loss and have suffered headaches, loss of balance and cognitive problems.
