Hallo Chris und Niklas, eure WG in Mülheim klingt nach einem wirklich ausgewogenen und entspannten Ort zum Wohnen. Das ruhige, zum Hinterhof gelegene Zimmer sowie die getrennte Bad- und Toilettenaufteilung sind besonders ansprechend. Die Nähe zum Wiener Platz und zum Rhein ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und beginne im April meinen Master in IT an der TH Köln und plane, langfristig in Köln zu bleiben. Ich habe bereits Erfahrung im WG-Leben und schätze eine Wohnsituation, in der jeder seinen eigenen Raum hat, man aber trotzdem gelegentlich eine Mahlzeit oder ein Gespräch teilt. Diese von euch beschriebene Balance passt gut zu mir. Ich bin ruhig, ordentlich und verantwortungsbewusst. Ich rauche nicht und habe keine Haustiere. Unter der Woche konzentriere ich mich auf die Universität und gehe ins Fitnessstudio, daher habe ich eine strukturierte Routine und respektiere ruhige Abende. Gleichzeitig koche ich gerne und würde ab und zu auch etwas teilen. Die Miete ist vollständig über mein Sperrkonto gesichert, sodass die Zahlung zuverlässig erfolgt. Alle erforderlichen Unterlagen kann ich selbstverständlich bereitstellen. I’m 22 and will begin my Master’s in IT at TH Köln in April, planning to stay in Cologne long term. I already have experience living in shared apartments and appreciate a setup where everyone has their own space but still occasionally shares a meal or conversation. That balance you describe fits me well. I’m calm, tidy, and responsible. I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets. During the week I focus on university and go to the gym, so I maintain a structured routine and respect quiet evenings.
